3 June 1895 — Bessborough, Fiddown, County Kilkenny | |
Monday. 3rd [June 1895]. Blanche went out with Mrs Walsh the subagent’s wife to the village of Piltown to see the cottager’s art work. After lunch she drove me out & we went to the gardens & picked flowers & arranged them in the house. We drove to a lovely wood full of rhododendrons & ferns. | |
