Thursday. 12th [September 1895]. I breakfasted in bed at 8. Walked out & went to the electrician about the electric light at Savile Row. Wrote letters. Had tea in my bedroom in the afternoon & soon after Mr Rate called. He goes to Scotland tonight. I dined at 8. Patience in evening. | |
