Thursday. 13th May [1897]. Wrote letters. Corrected some of the type written copy of Henry’s MS. Lady Gregory reading it aloud to me. After lunch took our drive round by Corcomroe & back. The maids being out & having the door key with them we could not get into the house so we went for a walk in the wood where was lovely shade & shelter from the wind & where I got spring flowers. Read aloud in eveng. | |
