12 July 1897 — Bere Cottage, Bere Regis, Dorset | |
Monday. 12th July [1897]. Worked at the panel I am carving for my sister Kate. Drove with Ruth after tea. We went to Bridge & by Chamberlains bridge & Affpiddle & the Dorchester Rd home. On our return we went to Cobb’s to fish but caught nothing, & home to dinner at 8.45. Patience in eveng. | |
