18 July 1897 — Bere Cottage, Bere Regis, Dorset | |
Sunday. 18th [July 1897]. Edgar & I went to morning service—& sat the rest of the day talking while I embroidered. After 5 o’cl tea we went out for a walk up the village & back by the stream in the fields & I showed him the whole fishing that he may go out fishing by himself early of a morning. | |
