Sunday. 15th August [1897]. Did not get up till lunch time. Afterwards went with Nellie to see if there was a service at St Margaret’s Westr. It was all locked up so we went into Westr Abbey & stayed for ½ the service in the Poet’s Corner & then home again. Gus Alderson came to tea– | |
