Thursday. 28th [April 1898]. Monty Alderson came to luncheon & also Onie Ponsonby. I went as usual to see Arthur found him not very well but not going out owing to the stormy weather. I walked back home feeling depressed about him. He had a bad night & suffered some pain. I went to dine at Cav. Sqr. They were alone—en famille– | |
