29 September 1898 — Milan | |
Thursday. 29th [September 1898]. We went off for a walk directly after breakfast. Went to Signora Ermelinda Canzi’s embroidery shop & bought works to do. Lunched early & left Milan by 1 o’cl train for Venice where we arrived at 7 P.M. found Monty Alderson who had arrived yesterday from visiting Ct & Css Pasolini at Ravenna. | |
