2 December 1898 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 2nd [December 1898]. Worked at the MSS of Turkey looking out documents & finished it. Went to Zattere & walked up & down there & it was a lovely day. Left Augusta at the Edens to pay them a visit. Called at Belmondos & found him better. August Montalba came to see me abt 6 & stayed a long time. | |
