Friday. 3rd [March 1899]. Unpacked. Prepared my type writing work & generally put things to rights. At 3 went out & calling for Iduna Belmondo we went out together in gondola—first to the Piazza thence to the Eden’s garden. We only found Mr Eden there. Carry E. was at home with a bad cold. It was a fine day. Iduna & Montalba came to tea. | |
