7 April 1899 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 7th April [1899]. Typed hard all morning. Mr & Mrs Curtis came to lunch with us at 1 & left about 3. Then I went out in gondola with Lady Vivian & we went to some old furniture shops & she bought some odds & ends. We came in at 5 to tea & I did not go out again. | |
