4 August 1900 — Cresselly, nr. Pembroke, Pembrokeshire | |
Saturday. 4th [August 1900]. Today Mr Allen sent us over to a Castle belonging to Baron de Rutzen– Mary & I, Mr Wylie & Mrs Windham went in the carriage, Mr Windham & Mr Allen rode their bycicles. Mr Allen had written to announce our arrival but we did not find the Baron at home & then we discovered that we had gone there an hour before we expected! This was Mr Allen’s fault. | |
