18 November 1900 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 18th [November 1900]. Took Barbara to morning service. Weather very fine. At 3.30 went to the Montalbas & had tea with them. In evening had a visit from Mr Montalba who brought me a great bunch of chrysanthemums from the Lido where there is a market garden. | |
