21 December 1900 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 21st [December 1900]. Modelled in morning & at 9.30 Mr Woods R.A. came to see my little figure “Looking into the future” and give me hints & advice about it especially as to the drapery of it. Directly after lunch I went off to join Mrs Eden & we took a walk together & did various shopping for Christmas. Got in to 5 o’cl tea to wh came Mr Hulton & the Christies. Dined at 7.30. Played patience & early to bed. | |
