9 August 1901 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Friday. 9th August [1901]. Talked to Ivor & helped him to look for & found 2 vols of Mama’s journals 1841 to 44 which had not been typed & took them up to London with me to have them done. I went by 11.40 train with Oscar Guest & his tutor & got to Savile Row soon after 3. Found that Nellie had gone off to Beaufort Gardens to see after her uncle Charles Alderson who has had a sort of fit but not very severe. | |
