22 October 1901 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 22nd [October 1901]. We breakfast at 7 in my bedroom—& Emilia generally goes out early sight seeing & is away all the morng & I take her out for a row in afternoon– The new Chaplain Mr Harston & his wife called at 5 as also Mr Montalba. I think the Harstons seem nice people. | |
