1 May 1902 — Paris | |
Thursday. 1st May [1902]. Reached Paris at 10.30 & Mr A. Belard met me & Baker at the station. I found Elaine & Ernest Villiers already installed at the Hotel St Romain having arrived at 6 A.M. After resting we lunched at 12 & then Elaine & I set out for the dressmaker’s—& in this way we spent most of our time while in Paris. Before dinner I had a visit from M. & Mme Bompard & arranged to go with them to the Louvre the next morng. | |
