6 July 1902 — 3 Savile Row
Sunday. 6th July [1902]. Nellie & I went to service at 10.30 at Marlboro’ Chapel Royal. The Queen & P. & Pss of Wales were there & Pss Christian. Sat at home & wrote a good many invitations to the Sale in afternoon. After tea I went to see Mme Wiel who had arrived from Venice & tho’ an invalid is better. Sat with her a little & then walked from her, Gt Cumberland Place, to Brook St to see Lady Radnor & to tell her about my Sale– She promised to help—& then home to dinner.
