18 January 1903 — 3 Savile Row | |
Sunday. 18th [January 1903]. The frost has broken & it is raining. I went to Marlboro’ Chapel service at 10. So. went off to St Pauls– I returned home at 11 & moved no more. Onie has a girl born yesterday at 4. All well– I had Mr Ambrose Poynter to see me in the afternoon & also Duncannon who arrived this morning from Ireland. Sophy & I had a quiet evening alone & talked much over her marriage arrangements. | |
