Friday. 28th [August 1903]. Connie fetched me in her carriage at 3 & took me for a drive & we returned here to tea at 5. Mrs Morgan Richards came also & brought the new American consul at Venice Mr Bliss to be presented to me– A nice looking young man– Major Cuthbertson also came to tea. | |
