25 October 1903 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 25th [October 1903]. We went to morning service & I brought Sister Clare back with me to talk over hospital work. Guido Malagola came to lunch & afterwards went with Violet & Nela to the Exhibition & joined Verona & me at the Curtis where we went to tea & met Mrs Browning & Miss Broadwood. I had a telegram from Pss Sophie at Athens asking me to buy her 2 more chandeliers of Desideri. | |
