21 August 1904 — Maraga | |
Sunday. 21st [August 1904]. Marchese Cassis, the 2 Italians & myself took an early walk which rather tried the powers of the 2 Venetians. Their surprise at my being able to take a rather scrambling walk of 1½ hour was rather amusing. In the afternoon Augustus Montalba turned up & we agreed to meet in Cadore this week.
