22 August 1904 — Maraga | |
Monday. 22nd [August 1904]. Bossi & Valsecchi returned to Venice in the morning. The Cais & Coletti’s came over to afternoon tea—the Edens appeared later having had an accident on the way one of their horses having fallen down. This after the death of their dog was another blow. They had to return home to get 1 horse shay & came therefore later. The weather began to change & there was a thunderstorm in evening. | |
