1 October 1905 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 1st October [1905]. Bee & I went to morning service. Eddie Eliot left for London by the early train. I was about to start for the service at the Sailor’s Inst: at 7 when a storm came on & torrents of rain prevented my going. After dinner Css Brandolin came in with her daughter Margherita. They are here for the Mayneri wedding. | |
