10 October 1905 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 10th [October 1905]. Bee spent the morning with Mrs Craigie & she went off by the 2 train for London. I went to the Hospital. Marchese & Marchesa Cassis dined with me also Mr Woods & Contessa Belmondo. In the evening a good many people came & amongst them a Mr Barratt an artist who has been much in India & offered to send me some letters of introduction. | |
