27 June 1907 — Ca’ Capello, Venice
Thursday. 27th [June 1907]. My attempts at enamelling being futile I fell back on modelling & resumed the little figure of the fisher boy I had begun 3 years ago—being determined to finish it & worked all the morning. After lunch I went in gondola to the Edens garden & had tea there & went in to the Hospital & so home. At 6 out as usual with Angela– After dinner fetched Carry Eden & took her out for a turn in gondola till bed time.
