29 September 1907 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 29th [September 1907]. I got up early hoping to get to morning service but my knee was so painful I had to give it up & stop at home. Sister Chaffey came early to massé it & went off to church with Baker my maid. Canon Ragg dined with me at 7 & I sent him on afterwards to the Institute service. | |
