Tuesday. 26th [May 1908]. Typed—made bead chains at wh I had to work hard to complete an order—delivered it when we went out in gondola after tea. Marchese & Marchesa Cassis, Lady Helen Vincent, Mr & Mrs Longman, Malagola, Mr Brown dined with me so with Aline & Ola we sat down 10. In the evening a good many people came to my reception—many tourists friends of my usual visitors. | |
