Thursday. 8th [October 1908]. I dined with Lady Pirbright & the great McGinn at the Grand Hotel. We dined in the restaurant room. I took with me 4 moonflowers which are still blooming outside the Belvedere of this house– They are very lovely & fragrant. | |
