19 July 1909 — Carlsbad | |
Monday. 19th [July 1909]. We all drove up to the Kaiserpark to breakfast, Connie, Mrs B.J. & I & were joined by Pss Stephanie & Bss Gagern. They drove back. Connie went by omnibus back to the town & I walked with Mrs B.J. & did gymnastics before going indoors. At 4 the latter & Connie went to a Wagner concert at the Posthof & I went for a long walk with Mons. Stanley. We went a good bit out of our way & had to retrace our steps in order to get to the [illegible word] where there is a splendid view over Kaiserpark &c. We got home at 8 just in time for supper. | |
