27 March 1910 — Ca’ Capello, Venice
Sunday. 27th [March 1910]. Easter Sunday. Went to morning service & then to see Angela R. I telegraphed Easter greetings to Q. Margherita whose mother is now declared to be out of danger. The Malagolas, pere mere et fils came to lunch with us—to make a little Easter festivity. In the evening I went to the service at the Sailor’s Institute. There was only one sailor present, but Mr Price gave us a short service & I was home early with Nela & we dined late.
