28 August 1910 — Salce, Belluno | |
Sunday. 28th [August 1910]. Continue our quiet life. After lunch I read aloud to Carrie while she makes bead necklaces which I sell for the benefit of the Venice Hospital, till tea time—after wh we go out either driving or walking. Dinner at 7.30—bed 9.30. Carrie & I play double patience after dinner & Mr Eden also plays patience. | |
