18 December 1910 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 18th [December 1910]. Heavy rain at 8. Fine at 9. Fog at 10! To church in morning. After lunch I went to see Concetta Malagola. Found her, her mother, her son & Teresa all putting together the puzzle I had lent them. Went to see the Chaplain & Mrs Price & asked them to come to dine with me. Home to tea at 5. Css Anna Lützow & Mr Woods came to see me. We dined (the Prices & I) at 7 & then went to the Institute service. I sent the Prices home in gondola & went early to bed. | |
