14 January 1911 — Rome | |
Saturday. 14th [January 1911]. Mara Cappelli drove in in the morng & took me to see Ola. In the afternoon the Cassis fetched me in their motor & drove me up to the forum on the Aventine where we had tea on a terrace glazed from weather where there is a lovely view over Rome & where we had tea. The weather was not very fine & it rained later. | |
