8 May 1911 — 3 Savile Row | |
Monday. 8th [May 1911]. A walk in the morning with Blanche who called for me. We went in to Christie’s to look at the things on sale—a lot of Dutch pictures—& also the library of the late Sir Charles Dilke—nothing very wonderful. Lord & Lady Worsely & C. Wyld came to lunch. The Worselys are just married & I had not seen her since she was “Baby” Vivian. They look so young—both rather small & little Dresden figures. Went out driving with Eda & Nela shopping. | |
