Friday. 19th [April 1912]. Mr Arbuthnot took us by surprise & arrived from London by the “luxe” at 4.30 p.m. I had been out to see Angela Reinelt & also the Edens & I found him on my return– Violet & Nela went in the evening to another of the Benedetto Marcello Concerts given at the Fenice. | |
