Wednesday. 15th [May 1912]. Helen B.J. left for Florence in the morng. Pss Thurn & Taxis arrived at 2.30– She rested afternoon. Matt was out for lunch so Nela & I lunched alone & we went out in gondola together & had tea quietly in a corner of the hospital garden– I wanted a few minutes quiet & rest as I am a bit tired. | |
