21 September 1912 — Salce, Belluno | |
Saturday. 21st [September 1912]. Nela & I left the Edens by the 11 a.m. train & got to Venice at 2– It was a lovely day & we left our good friends more cheered than when we arrived. We unpacked & established ourselves on getting to Ca’ Capello. Sear the cook arrived from England this evening. Dined at 8—played patience. Bed 10.30. | |
