30 September 1912 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 30th [September 1912]. Miss Hallé came & we worked at enamels. Theo & the Du Cane spent the morning sightseeing. At 3 o’cl we all went out in gondola to the hospital that Theo: might see our efforts having a hospital of her own at Inwood. Thence we went to the Piazza & returned home to tea. After that I took a walk with the Du Canes—quiet evening. | |
